Drew has been great working with both of our sons for the last year & has been wonderful, patient & creative, especially with navigating distance tutoring. He is adaptable to school curriculum as well as other learning platforms. Thank you Drew! We have had a wonderful experience with Drew as two of my daughters' (7th and 12th grade) math tutor for a year now. He is always professional, on time, provides content and knows how to motivate my girls to do better.
He was able to pivot to an online platform almost instantly when the pandemic stopped our ability to meet in person and we appreciate his efforts and success with that change.
My girls have seen amazing results from their weekly meetings with Drew and they have continued to increase their individual abilities in math and in the language of math. We’ve seen huge progress in our daughter (8th grade, PPS) since joining up with Drew! We transitioned from another tutor and noticed an immediate difference in her attitude and confidence.

The online tutoring setup has been a great fit, even after returning to in-person classes. It’s also been super convenient for our busy schedule, even taking tutoring sessions while traveling.

Drew follows the same methods as the classroom to keep things consistent… takes a holistic approach to best support her learning style/needs… identifies learning gaps and goes back to (re)build that foundation… strikes the right balance of kindness, patience, fun, and accountability… and has been extremely flexible and reliable with us as parents.

One of the greatest math tutors in Portland and very flexible with scheduling and times! He is a very good one on one tutor and really prepares students for success in whatever math their in. He was able to help me develop math skills such as basic algebra, problem skill techniques, writing each step and problem so I could follow along with my own work, and he helped build confidence in knowing how to do different variations of problems. Overall I think he can help your son/daughter in a way to develop good habits for the future! I worked with Drew from middle school and now I'm going into AP calculus next year. Great tutor!
