Drew has been tutoring our 8th grade daughter with Algebra. My daughter says he explains concepts very well and works through problems with her in a way that really solidifies her understanding. She enjoys working with him and looks forward to her tutoring sessions!

Drew is fantastic! We worked with him for the first time thru all of distance learning and will continue with him once the girls are back in school as well. He’s very patient and communicative. Our oldest daughter chose to switch to compact math because she “felt more confident” since starting math tutoring with Drew, and our youngest “doesn’t hate math anymore” :) We highly recommend Drew - in fact our 2 closest family friends use him too.

Drew is very patient and communicates very well with my son. He is currently tutoring him in compacted 7th grade math. My son was having a hard time learning from his teacher and was worried he should be in a different class, but within a few lessons with Drew he was up to speed and maintaining a minimum of a B grade.

Highly recommend Mr. Laiche! He has been so great to work with remotely during the pandemic, and has really helped my middle schooler feel more confident about math. Mr. Laiche adjusts his lessons to accommodate what my child is working on at school, which has been incredibly helpful during this year of distance learning.

Mr Laiche has been tutoring our daughter started in mid of her 8th grade and now she is a Freshman in High School. Her grade had improved significantly when she finished the 8th grade year. Drew is a very talented tutor for math. He worked with my daughter over the past two years and she really appreciated his support. He allowed my daughter to decide where to spend their time during each session and had her solve problems in front of him to confirm her understanding of key concepts. He is very good at providing a visual representation of the concept he is teaching. I highly recommend Drew to any family looking for a math tutor for their child.

We’ve seen huge progress in our daughter (8th grade, PPS) since joining up with Drew! We transitioned from another tutor and noticed an immediate difference in her attitude and confidence.

The online tutoring setup has been a great fit, even after returning to in-person classes. It’s also been super convenient for our busy schedule, even taking tutoring sessions while traveling.

Drew follows the same methods as the classroom to keep things consistent… takes a holistic approach to best support her learning style/needs… identifies learning gaps and goes back to (re)build that foundation… strikes the right balance of kindness, patience, fun, and accountability… and has been extremely flexible and reliable with us as parents.
