Drew is very patient and communicates very well with my son. He is currently tutoring him in compacted 7th grade math. My son was having a hard time learning from his teacher and was worried he should be in a different class, but within a few lessons with Drew he was up to speed and maintaining a minimum of a B grade.

I had Drew as a tutor for about 8 months and he helped me so much at understanding my math better. He really helped me break down each question and help me better understand it. Would definitely recommend!

Drew worked with my 13 year old daughter throughout the summer. This greatly improved her confidence and her aptitude. She had been taking algebra in 8th grade, during her sessions they dove into concepts she was struggling with working ahead to geometry. Definitely a very logical approach to tutoring, and my daughter listened to Drew, much more than me! I feel like he showed a great deal of patience, overall was a positive experience and worth the price.

Drew is fantastic! We worked with him for the first time thru all of distance learning and will continue with him once the girls are back in school as well. He’s very patient and communicative. Our oldest daughter chose to switch to compact math because she “felt more confident” since starting math tutoring with Drew, and our youngest “doesn’t hate math anymore” :) We highly recommend Drew - in fact our 2 closest family friends use him too.

One of the greatest math tutors in Portland and very flexible with scheduling and times! He is a very good one on one tutor and really prepares students for success in whatever math their in. He was able to help me develop math skills such as basic algebra, problem skill techniques, writing each step and problem so I could follow along with my own work, and he helped build confidence in knowing how to do different variations of problems. Overall I think he can help your son/daughter in a way to develop good habits for the future! I worked with Drew from middle school and now I'm going into AP calculus next year. Great tutor!

Drew is a great instructor! He communicates difficult concepts in a clear and understandable manner. During a time when schools are struggling to properly teach students Drew is able to connect and educate his students. My child has seen remarkable improvement and new found confidence since starting with Drew.

We really appreciated Drew’s support through precalc. My son found him to be very supportive. I think he was able to expand my son's thinking around math. He is a professional math tutor and the online tutoring was very convenient. We will definitely work with him again in the future as needed.

Mr. Laiche is patient and clear in his explanations of math with our middle school child who will not take math help from parents. We appreciate his familiarity with the PPS math curriculum. He is able to answer questions from during the week when topics are not covered clearly in our child's classroom instruction and helps to work ahead when possible.
