Mr. Laiche is nice and easy to work with. He taught me a lot during my pre-calculus semester. His online whiteboards are useful because you can reference past work and he is always available for questions, even during non-tutoring hours. I highly recommend!

My son is a freshman at Lincoln high school and is taking two advanced math courses. With the current restrictions on face-to-face or online teaching time we thought we would try a tutor. Mr. Laiche and his services are a great resource. He is very easy to work with and Andrew really enjoys his teaching style. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a little additional teaching for any reason.

Drew Laiche is an amazing teacher! He worked with my 14 year old son this summer to prep for high school math -- algebra and geometry.
Drew's style is easy going and he makes the lessons interesting so the concepts stick. He is patient and works with the student to make sure everything is clear before moving on to the next subject. It's the perfect amount of instruction for the child and I wish that we had found him sooner! I wholeheartedly recommend his services.

Drew Laiche was recommended by a friend to tutor our kid in math during the pandemic. He is very personable, kind, funny, and most all, he had the ability to help our kid absorb math processes and problem solving skills during a time when absorbing any information is very difficult! Drew is very patient and communicates very well with my son. He is currently tutoring him in compacted 7th grade math. My son was having a hard time learning from his teacher and was worried he should be in a different class, but within a few lessons with Drew he was up to speed and maintaining a minimum of a B grade.

One of the greatest math tutors in Portland and very flexible with scheduling and times! He is a very good one on one tutor and really prepares students for success in whatever math their in. He was able to help me develop math skills such as basic algebra, problem skill techniques, writing each step and problem so I could follow along with my own work, and he helped build confidence in knowing how to do different variations of problems. Overall I think he can help your son/daughter in a way to develop good habits for the future! I worked with Drew from middle school and now I'm going into AP calculus next year. Great tutor!
