Our daughter is in 7th grade and taking Compacted Math via distance learning within PPS. Having Mr. Laiche as a tutor has helped tremendously and her confidence in math has increased as a direct result of Mr. Laiche’s guidance and explanations during the tutoring sessions. Excellent value for your time and money. We plan to continue her tutoring once in-person school resumes. Highly recommend!

Drew Laiche was recommended by a friend to tutor our kid in math during the pandemic. He is very personable, kind, funny, and most all, he had the ability to help our kid absorb math processes and problem solving skills during a time when absorbing any information is very difficult! Mr. Laiche is a great tutor and has done such an excellent job helping our daughter through her Geometry class. With his help, she has received an A grade for the semester. She truly appreciates the thorough way in which he explains new concepts and how he breaks them down to simplify them. Mr. Laiche is an incredible math tutor. He's not only helped our son with pre-calculus, but now our daughter with geometry. My daughter had been doing Kumon for a few years and was finding it hard to stay motivated. We decided to try a tutor and found Mr. Drew Laiche, of Portland Math Tutor. Wow! What a great change in her attitude and interest in math. I'm 100% confident she will be set for the challenges of high school math and physics. Great teacher and great business.
