My child’s math confidence has improved beyond my expectations this school year working with Mr. Laiche. He’s helped undo years of frustrations and now we see smiles when it comes to math. Mr. Laiche has done a great job of assessing where there were gaps to fill in as well as reinforcing new concepts this school year.

Highly recommend Mr. Laiche! He has been so great to work with remotely during the pandemic, and has really helped my middle schooler feel more confident about math. Mr. Laiche adjusts his lessons to accommodate what my child is working on at school, which has been incredibly helpful during this year of distance learning.

Mr. Laiche is nice and easy to work with. He taught me a lot during my pre-calculus semester. His online whiteboards are useful because you can reference past work and he is always available for questions, even during non-tutoring hours. I highly recommend!

We reached out to Drew for help getting our daughter through pre-calculus and we couldn't be happier with the results. He is extremely patient and met her where she was at which helped her succeed in getting caught up and staying there! Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner!

My daughter is taking Advanced Algebra 3-4 Honors. She was struggling and her grade dropped to a D. Mr. Laiche provided her exceptional guidance and just had her final and received a final grade of B. We believe continued Tutoring should elevate her grade further. My daughter had been doing Kumon for a few years and was finding it hard to stay motivated. We decided to try a tutor and found Mr. Drew Laiche, of Portland Math Tutor. Wow! What a great change in her attitude and interest in math. I'm 100% confident she will be set for the challenges of high school math and physics. Great teacher and great business. Drew has worked with our sixth grade son over the past year and has been wonderful--patient and warm and funny. My son is a bit slow to warm up and shy but after each session wraps up, he seems excited about what they covered and where he's at. Their working together has no doubt made a significant difference in terms of where my son's mathematical understanding is at now--we're grateful we found Drew!
