I had Drew as a tutor for about 8 months and he helped me so much at understanding my math better. He really helped me break down each question and help me better understand it. Would definitely recommend!

Our daughter is in 7th grade and taking Compacted Math via distance learning within PPS. Having Mr. Laiche as a tutor has helped tremendously and her confidence in math has increased as a direct result of Mr. Laiche’s guidance and explanations during the tutoring sessions. Excellent value for your time and money. We plan to continue her tutoring once in-person school resumes. Highly recommend!

Mr. Laiche has been tutoring my two daughters (9 and 10) since school started this year. He is patient, friendly and unflappable! Both girls have been learning a lot, and the best part about it is that they seem to enjoy their math lessons. I can't recommend Mr. Laiche enough!

Drew is a very talented tutor for math. He worked with my daughter over the past two years and she really appreciated his support. He allowed my daughter to decide where to spend their time during each session and had her solve problems in front of him to confirm her understanding of key concepts. He is very good at providing a visual representation of the concept he is teaching. I highly recommend Drew to any family looking for a math tutor for their child.

Mr. Laiche is patient and clear in his explanations of math with our middle school child who will not take math help from parents. We appreciate his familiarity with the PPS math curriculum. He is able to answer questions from during the week when topics are not covered clearly in our child's classroom instruction and helps to work ahead when possible.

One of the greatest math tutors in Portland and very flexible with scheduling and times! He is a very good one on one tutor and really prepares students for success in whatever math their in. He was able to help me develop math skills such as basic algebra, problem skill techniques, writing each step and problem so I could follow along with my own work, and he helped build confidence in knowing how to do different variations of problems. Overall I think he can help your son/daughter in a way to develop good habits for the future! I worked with Drew from middle school and now I'm going into AP calculus next year. Great tutor!

Drew has been great working with both of our sons for the last year & has been wonderful, patient & creative, especially with navigating distance tutoring. He is adaptable to school curriculum as well as other learning platforms. He understands the social-emotional aspects of math anxiety, and has been enormously helpful to us parents with adjusting to online learning. Very grateful to be working with Drew!
