The Eugene Youth Math Festival is an annual event hosted by the University of Oregon’s Department of Mathematics, designed to ignite a passion for mathematics among children aged 5 to 14. The festival offers over 50 interactive stations. Participants can engage in activities such as solving puzzles, playing strategy games, building structures, creating mathematical art and origami, and conducting hands-on experiments.
Admission is free, and no registration is required; however, children must be accompanied by an adult. Attendees are encouraged to bring water bottles and snacks, as food is not available on-site. The festival is supported by the University of Oregon Department of Mathematics and the National Science Foundation, aiming to provide an enriching experience that showcases the fun and engaging aspects of mathematics.

- Adult Supervision Required: Unaccompanied children cannot be supervised by event staff.
