  • How do we start the online session?

Each family (whether one or more students) will have their own private Zoom meeting url. To begin a session, students simply navigate to that url in a browser and the meeting starts as web-based in your browser or in a desktop app.

After starting the Zoom meeting, the tutor will send a link for that day’s whiteboard. Students and parents can access all archived whiteboards in the shared Google Drive folder that is provided for all students.

Do you do any assessments or placement tests?
We use IXL math online for placement test, assessments, and progress monitoring. This allows us to set focused goals and to track student growth effectively. Parents can opt to receive periodic email updates on student progress.

Scheduling and billing are done on a monthly basis. We will get in touch towards the end of the month to finalize a schedule for the following month.
