I had Drew as a tutor for about 8 months and he helped me so much at understanding my math better. He really helped me break down each question and help me better understand it. Would definitely recommend!

My daughter had been doing Kumon for a few years and was finding it hard to stay motivated. We decided to try a tutor and found Mr. Drew Laiche, of Portland Math Tutor. Wow! What a great change in her attitude and interest in math. I'm 100% confident she will be set for the challenges of high school math and physics. Great teacher and great business. He is adaptable to school curriculum as well as other learning platforms. My daughter has been receiving math tutoring from Mr. Laiche for three years. She started with compact math in middle school, moved on to geometry in high school, and now takes Algebra 3/4. She enjoys her time with Mr. Laiche, feels comfortable with him, and is able to keep up with her classes. Mr. Laiche explains math problems clearly during their sessions and is available outside of tutoring for any additional questions. He also uses online whiteboard notes, which are available after the tutoring session. Recently, a classmate has started joining the tutoring sessions and has found them to be successful. I highly recommend Mr. Laiche as a math tutor!

Mr. Laiche is an incredible math tutor. He's not only helped our son with pre-calculus, but now our daughter with geometry. He's patient, approachable and takes the time to explain concepts in a way that is easier to absorb than in the classroom with multiple students and limited time. We highly recommend.

My child’s math confidence has improved beyond my expectations this school year working with Mr. Laiche. He’s helped undo years of frustrations and now we see smiles when it comes to math.
